4.2 Shipping Costs

4.3 Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for items purchased from Paghetta Trading Card Game pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product received is damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
5.2 Damaged or Defective Products
If a product is deemed damaged or defective, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement or a refund. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them. Return shipping costs for damaged or defective items will be covered by Paghetta Trading Card Game.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
